The newest uptown spot from Altamarea Group (Ai Fiori, Osteria Morini), Vaucluse is a collaboration between chef Michael White and Marea's executive chef Jared Gadbaw. This is the very first French-inspired concept for the restaurant group and features takes on grilled meats and fish as well as classic vegetable dishes. In a space designed by Meyer Davis, the 186-seat restaurant will feature offer a French and American wine list and an innovative cocktail list.
