To get the ball rolling, we kindly ask that you help us learn a little more about you by completing and sending back the Member Information form that was attached to your Introductory E-mail with your preferences and credit card details. Please note that in order to facilitate your requests, we will need your completed information form and credit card details to secure bookings. Once we have this information, leave it to us to make recommendations and arrangements that we know you will enjoy!
SUBMITTING A REQUEST
Please email us at email@example.com and be sure to start a new e-mail thread for each new request. For liability purposes, we require for all requests to be submitted in writing. If you require a phone call, please let us know as we will call you as soon as we can.
Access to Wheels Down Concierge is solely for the use of the Wheels Up Principal account holders and his/her spouse. Requests can be submitted for the Member or his/her spouse by either the Member, member’s spouse, or assistant.
PRIVATE AVIATION NEEDS
All Wheels Up private aviation needs must be booked directly through their Member Services team. They can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHEELS UP FLIGHT TRANSPORTATION
Wheels Up Member Services will be able to coordinate these cars for you. Based on our partnership with them, they handle any and all car service requests and rental car requests directly to and from all Wheels Up flights so they can ensure that the driver's can get on the tarmac and have the proper tail numbers. However, if you need a car that is not directly to or from a Wheels Up flight, we are more than happy to facilitate.
