ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for highly motivated candidates to apply to join our Hospitality department as a Lifestyle Consultant. The candidate must be able to provide premium service to our member community of high-net-worth families and individuals by servicing requests for a range of needs, including consulting on and booking dining reservations, events, tickets, beauty and wellness, luxury goods and services, personal staffing, florals, gifts, etc. This employee will report to the Director of Hospitality.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support with fulfilling member requests in a timely, efficient, and organized manner

  • Communicate with members, vendors, and team members to confirm reservations at the best restaurants in all major cities

  • Maintain company CRM by continuously updating member profiles, vendor profiles, contacts, etc.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings both on a department and company-wide level

  • Exhaust all options when working on a request

  • Proactively anticipate member needs, personalize communication, and present options/proposals effectively based on the member’s expressed needs

  • Assist with the creation of in-depth itineraries

  • Continuously educate yourself and your team members on new restaurants and events globally

  • Develop new relationships with vendors globally

  • Research unfamiliar destinations and curate best options for members requesting suggestions

  • Participate in internal committees focused on brand destination guides, philanthropy, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, their staff, and service providers

  • Strong research skills

  • A thorough approach to task completion

  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to conceptualize, communicate effectively, and develop solutions

  • A professional demeanor with the ability to use independent judgment to handle any customer service matters in a satisfactory manner

  • A strong problem-solving approach to tasks

  • Possess strong, clear, and effective writing skills

  • Have experience in a collaborative and transparent environment

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and quick-pace environment with tight deadlines

  • Comfort with flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends

  • Strong existing relationships with restaurant contacts

  • Knowledge of, and passion for:

    • Global restaurant and nightlife scene

    • Luxury goods and services

    • Global events and cultural happenings

  • Efficient, ambitious, and determined individual

  • Desire to orient career in the luxury travel and lifestyle management space

SALARY RANGE + BENEFITS 

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000   

After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for: 

  • Company-paid medical and dental benefits 

  • Company-matched 401(k), up to 6% of salary matched by Four Hundred 

  • Paid time off (per year): 

  • 12 vacation days 

  • 9 bank holidays 

  • 6 sick days 

  • $75 per month stipend towards phone bill coverage 

After first year of employment, employees are eligible for: 

  • Annual incentive bonus, 3% of annual base salary
