ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for highly motivated candidates to apply to join our Hospitality department in an entry-level position as a Lifestyle Coordinator. The candidate must be able to provide premium service to our member community of high-net-worth families and individuals by servicing requests for a range of needs, including coordinating and booking dining reservations, events, tickets, beauty and wellness, luxury goods and services, personal staffing, florals, gifts, etc. This employee will report to the Head of Dining and Head of Events & Experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in fulfilling member requests across dining, wellness, experiences, gifting, and lifestyle needs
Research and curate personalized recommendations tailored to each member’s preferences and travel plans
Communicate professionally and thoughtfully with members, their assistants, and vendors via email and phone
Maintain and update member profiles, vendor contacts, and request records on a rolling basis in Salesforce
Build familiarity with vendors and partners in key markets including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, London, and Paris
Conduct ongoing research on new restaurant openings, events, and experiences in major operating cities and present to the Hospitality department on a rolling basis
Have a bird’s eye view and working knowledge of the locations Four Hundred services irrespective of experience in those locations
Collaborate closely with the Hospitality department to share knowledge and ensure seamless member support across itinerary building, dining, beauty & wellness, events & experiences, and any other lifestyle-related requests
Handle confidential member information and sensitive requests with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Participate in weekly Hospitality and team-wide meetings
Provide coverage support for teammates and maintain awareness of active member requests
Keep internal destination guides and shared resources current and up to date
Exhaust all available resources and options before escalating a request
QUALIFICATIONS
Genuine passion for hospitality, luxury lifestyle, dining, and culture
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional tone in all communications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; comfortable navigating ambiguity and last-minute changes
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
Availability and willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
SALARY RANGE + BENEFITS
Hourly rate commensurate with state minimum wage requirements. After 90 days, compensation transitions to the applicable state minimum salary threshold.
After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for:

After first year of employment, employees are eligible for:
Annual incentive bonus, 3% of annual base salary
