Building on the momentum of last year, the hotel has introduced a series of thoughtful enhancements designed to elevate every stay, blending effortless luxury with the vibrant spirit of Ibiza.

The hotel is distinguished by its glass façade, a 10-story atrium, and a curated collection of commissioned artwork displayed throughout the property. Its location places guests within walking distance of many of Washington, DC's cultural, historical, and government institutions while offering convenient access to the city's business and entertainment districts.

THE KNIGHT OF CAPITOL HILL

A recurring feature throughout the hotel is the "Knight of Capitol Hill," a beaver inspired by the species native to the Potomac River. The mascot references the area's natural history while reflecting themes of resilience, collaboration, and craftsmanship that are incorporated into the hotel's identity.

GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS

Guest rooms range from 405 to 460 square feet and feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking either the city or the hotel's central atrium. Accommodations include pillow-top beds, 65-inch HDTVs with webcasting capabilities, and spa-inspired bathrooms equipped with rainfall showers and full-size bath amenities.

For travelers seeking additional space, the hotel's suites range from 675 to 760 square feet and include separate living areas, king bedrooms, and dining tables that accommodate up to six guests, making them suitable for extended stays and executive travel.

The property offers a variety of guest amenities, including a fitness center, dedicated yoga studio, and a penthouse conference center with panoramic views of Washington, DC. These facilities support both business and leisure travel.

DINING

The hotel's signature restaurant, Bistro du Jour, is a French-inspired bistro serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea on Sundays, and dinner. The menu features classic French dishes, including Coq au Vin and Croque Madame, alongside sparkling wines and craft cocktails.
