A MATCHA MADE IN HEAVEN: WORLD-FIRST JENKI COCKTAILS
With matcha’s popularity on the rise in the UK—expected to grow by 8.3% between 2025 and 2030—Nobu Hotel takes it to new heights, collaborating with beloved London brand JENKI to debut the world’s first JENKI Matcha cocktails.
Guests can choose from both alcoholic and non-alcoholic creations featuring JENKI’s Ceremonial Grade Matcha. The Yuzu JENKI Punch is a vibrant blend of Roku Gin, matcha, yuzu, vanilla, and coconut water, delivering a light and refreshing summer profile. For a non-alcoholic option, the Minted Matcha combines matcha with mint, shiso, lime, and soda—perfectly crisp and invigorating.
