For a more intimate setting, 27 Club draws inspiration from Spain's Generation of '27 artists. Its mixology and culinary programme explore the intersection of Madrid's artistic history and contemporary dining culture.

The hotel's culinary calendar also includes Tea Time by The Macallan, which reinterprets the traditional afternoon tea through cocktails and a selection of sweet and savory creations. On Sundays, Opera & Brunch brings live opera performances to La Cúpula, pairing music with brunch beneath the historic dome.
