FOUQUET’S SAINT-BARTH WELCOMES LOULOU

Beginning in November 2026, Fouquet’s Saint-Barth will welcome Loulou, the celebrated Parisian restaurant and beach club known for its relaxed interpretation of French elegance. Set on Shell Beach, the new destination will bring together Mediterranean-inspired design, coastal dining, and the convivial spirit associated with Loulou's locations in France.
A NEW BEACHFRONT SETTING
Located just steps from Fouquet’s Saint-Barth, Loulou will occupy a beach house overlooking Shell Beach. Designed as a gathering place, the setting will combine natural materials, Mediterranean influences, and a relaxed atmosphere inspired by the French and Italian Riviera.
The beach club will be open daily for lunch, with its location providing views of the turquoise Caribbean waters and the surrounding landscape. The design is intended to create a seamless connection between the interiors and the beach, reflecting the easy pace of island life.
LOULOU COMES TO THE CARIBBEAN
Originally established in the Tuileries Gardens in Paris, Loulou has expanded to destinations including Ramatuelle, Courchevel, and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Across its locations, the concept is associated with French-inspired cuisine, convivial dining, and an atmosphere that balances sophistication with informality.
Its arrival in Saint-Barth marks an extension of that identity into the Caribbean. The beach club's approach to dining centers on shared experiences, bringing together families, friends, and travelers in a setting shaped by the island's natural beauty.
TWO DISTINCT DINING EXPERIENCES
Loulou will join Beefbar, Fouquet’s Saint-Barth's signature restaurant, which will continue to serve lunch and dinner overlooking Gustavia harbor. The two venues will offer distinct perspectives on dining at the property.
While Loulou will focus on relaxed beachfront lunches at Shell Beach, Beefbar will continue to provide an evening setting overlooking the harbor and Caribbean sunsets. Together, the restaurants create a contrast between the informal rhythm of the beach and the more polished atmosphere of the hotel's signature restaurant.
A NEW CHAPTER FOR FOUQUET’S SAINT-BARTH
The addition of Loulou adds another layer to Fouquet’s Saint-Barth's connection to the island. Alongside the hotel's accommodations, Spa Diane Barrière, and existing culinary offerings, the beach club will introduce a new setting for experiencing Saint-Barth through food, design, and the natural landscape.
With its November 2026 opening, Loulou will bring its distinctive French sensibility to Shell Beach while adapting to the relaxed character of the Caribbean. The result is a meeting of Parisian art de vivre and island living, shaped by the setting, cuisine, and shared experience of the beach.
