THE BICESTER COLLECTION: WHERE LUXURY SHOPPING BECOMES A LIFESTYLE
Contributor - Melissa Lovelace | Lifestyle Consultant • 9/18/25
There are shopping trips, and then there are journeys, the kind that linger in your memory long after the bags are unpacked. The Bicester Collection has mastered the art of turning shopping into an experience, curating an elevated world where fashion, travel, and five-star hospitality seamlessly come together.
With ten open-air destinations across Europe, and most recently, a stunning debut in New York City, each “Village” is thoughtfully designed to reflect the soul of the city it neighbors. Imagine stepping just outside London, Paris, Milan, or Barcelona to find a haven of world-renowned luxury brands, alongside carefully chosen local designers, all set within a beautifully styled, walkable environment. It’s less like a mall and more like a chic village escape where every detail has been considered to heighten the sense of discovery.
WHAT SETS THE BICESTER COLLECTION APART
What truly sets The Bicester Collection apart isn’t just the retail, it’s the hospitality. Guests are welcomed into a five-star world where shopping is elevated to an art form. Think personal stylists on hand for private consultations, exclusive VIP lounges known as The Apartments for quiet moments between boutiques, world-class dining experiences, hands-free shopping, and seamless VAT refund services. Add to that the option of round-trip chauffeur transfers, and the experience becomes as effortless as it is indulgent - all with no minimum spend required.

THEIR STORY
The story of The Bicester Collection is rooted in a love for fashion and hospitality. Founded in 1990 with the creation of 2 Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, it has since grown into a global brand and is now proudly part of the LVMH family. Today, access to this one-of-a-kind experience remains intentionally exclusive, available strictly by invitation through Virtuoso affiliated travel advisors, such as Four Hundred - positioning them as the true gatekeepers to these luxury escapes.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DIEGO GUTIERREZ - HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
My own journey with The Bicester Collection feels like a natural extension of my passions. Originally from Buenos Aires, I moved to the U.S. over 20 years ago and built my career in hospitality, first in operations and then in high-end leisure sales. Along the way, I discovered my love for fashion, travel, and meaningful connections. When I joined The Bicester Collection team, it felt like everything clicked. Here was a brand that combined all the things that inspire me most. Today, I proudly serve as the ambassador for the U.S. and Canada, bringing this remarkable lifestyle experience to advisors and their clients.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me recharging at the movies (yes, I’m an AMC pass holder!), wandering through art galleries in Los Angeles, hitting the tennis courts, or soaking in the beach sunshine. And, of course, I’m never far from friends, the ultimate source of my energy.
For those in search of something more than just shopping, The Bicester Collection offers a lifestyle, an invitation into a world where fashion meets travel and every guest feels like a member of an exclusive club. Reach out to ‘requests@fourhundred.com’ for more information.
