INTRODUCING THE MEMBER PORTAL: A NEW WAY TO EXPLORE

Four Hundred has redesigned the Member Portal to make it easier for our members to explore everything we offer. You can now access our curated list of member benefits, destination guides, events, gift guides, and more.
We know how much our members love our Destination Guides, so we’ve given them a fresh look and made them easier to use. You can now browse guides just as before, but with a cleaner design and more helpful information. You can also submit a request directly from any hotel, restaurant, or activity page. Plus, we’ve added a new share button so you can easily send guides to friends and family, even if they don’t have a Four Hundred login.
We’ve made similar improvements to the Member Benefits section. You can now explore your benefits more easily and submit a request directly on the benefit page.
Our Events section is updated daily by our Head of Events and Experiences, Jack Bartholet, to keep you informed about concerts, sports, Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, comedy, and other cultural highlights we recommend for members.
We’ve also moved our seasonal Gift Guides into the Member Portal so everything is in one convenient place. Each guide includes hand-picked items curated for the season, and you can even request a custom gift guide. You can view product details and request that we order items for you directly from the page.
