We are looking for lifestyle consultants who are passionate about the restaurant industry with strong existing relationships and knowledge of the best restaurants nationally and globally. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, ambitious, and determined person who wants to take their career in the dining space to the next level.
DAILY DUTIES
Support with fulfilling Member requests in a timely, efficient and organized manner
Communicating with Members, restaurants, and team members to deliver prime-time reservations at the best restaurants in all major cities
Maintain contacts, member preferences, and private dining information and notes up to date in our CRM
Exhaust all options when working on a request and be able to provide and secure a solid backup in the event the requested restaurant is unavailable
Stay on top of new restaurants in New York and other relevant cities
Experience new restaurants and contact managers to build relationships
Research an unfamiliar destination and curate best dining options for Members requesting suggestions
Sourcing ideas for content to include our monthly newsletter blog
Develop new relationships with restaurants and nightlife venues in all major cities
Reconfirm existing reservations
Access and use multiple reservation platforms such as Resy, Open Table, and Reserve
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS
Strong research skills and a thorough approach to tasks
Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Keen sense and attention to detail with the ability to conceptualize, communicate effectively and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
Requires professional demeanor with the ability to use independent judgment to handle any customer services matters in a satisfactory manner
Strong existing relationships with top restaurants
Excellent knowledge of restaurant and nightlife scene
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and clients
Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude
Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends
Passion for, interest in, and understanding of the dining scene and hospitality.
