Since its founding in 1997 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Clase Azul México has become synonymous with craftsmanship, artistry, and a deep reverence for Mexican culture. Inspired by the beauty and traditions of his homeland, founder Arturo Lomelí set out to create spirits that reflected the richness of Mexico’s heritage. Today, Clase Azul’s portfolio of tequilas and mezcals is available in more than 100 countries, spanning markets from North America and Europe to Asia and Australia.

In recent years, the brand has expanded beyond spirits, developing a hospitality vision that invites guests to engage more deeply with the traditions, craftsmanship, and stories behind its products. Through a collection of immersive destinations across Mexico, Clase Azul has created experiences that celebrate the intersection of culture, design, gastronomy, and artisanal excellence.

LA HACIENDA: THE HEART OF CLASE AZUL’S CULTURAL VISION

Located in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco, La Hacienda serves as the most complete expression of the Clase Azul identity. Spanning 50 acres, the cultural destination is rooted in the landscapes and traditions that have shaped tequila production for generations.

The estate offers visitors an immersive exploration of the tequila-making process alongside the artistry and craftsmanship that define the brand. Contemporary Mexican architecture, curated storytelling, and hands-on cultural experiences come together to create a destination that honors both heritage and innovation. Through its LIVE and DISCOVER experiences, guests gain insight into the people, processes, and traditions that continue to shape the world of Clase Azul.

CASA DE LOS LEONES: A CELEBRATION OF TIME AND DESIGN

In February, Clase Azul expanded its hospitality portfolio with the opening of Casa de Los Leones in Polanco, one of Mexico City’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

Housed within a striking architectural setting, the experience centers around Taste of Time, a guided sensory journey featuring five of the brand’s most iconic tequilas paired with carefully selected culinary accompaniments. The experience unfolds through both tasting and exploration, inviting guests to discover the residence’s architectural details while reflecting on the themes of memory, craftsmanship, and the passage of time.

LOS CABOS: ARTISTRY THROUGH PERSONAL EXPRESSION

On the Baja California peninsula, Clase Azul has introduced another distinctive expression of its creative philosophy. In Los Cabos, visitors can participate in guided tastings while also experiencing Cosmos, the brand’s bespoke decanter customization program.

The experience allows guests to create a personalized decanter using exclusive reactive glazes and one of twelve Clase Azul symbols, transforming an iconic vessel into a unique work of art. The offering reflects the brand’s commitment to individuality and craftsmanship while highlighting the artistic traditions that have long been central to its identity.

BEYOND SPIRITS

Through destinations in Jalisco, Mexico City, and Los Cabos, Clase Azul México continues to evolve from a luxury spirits producer into a curator of cultural experiences. Each destination offers a different perspective on Mexican heritage, bringing together architecture, hospitality, artisanal craft, and storytelling to create meaningful connections between visitors and the traditions that inspire the brand.

The result is a collection of experiences that extends far beyond tequila, celebrating the creativity, culture, and craftsmanship that define modern Mexico.
