THE ULTIMATE DESTINATION OF THE SUMMER: ALBA SPIAGGIA ARRIVES IN MONTAUK

The East End has officially found its new rhythm for the summer season, and we can confirm it tastes distinctly like coastal Italy!
We are so excited to share the spectacular opening of Alba Spiaggia, the highly anticipated new waterfront dining concept that has just debuted at the iconic Montauk Yacht Club on Star Island. Brought to life by the visionary team at Prince Street Hospitality (the masterminds behind Manhattan’s beloved Cucina Alba), Alba Spiaggia beautifully bridges a cosmopolitan flair with relaxed, seaside luxury.
Replacing the former Ocean Club, this "Holiday Italian" escape features an open-fire kitchen, a stunning wood-fired pizza program, house-made pastas, and a raw bar highlighting the freshest local catches from the East End. With a breezy 80-seat dining room and unparalleled dockside views over Lake Montauk, it is already the place to see and be seen this summer.
WHY OUR TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED
Here at Four Hundred, our team has a front-row seat to the world's finest luxury openings, but Alba Spiaggia has completely stolen our hearts.
First and foremost, Prince Street Hospitality completely nailed the carefree philosophy of the Italian coast. The venue transitions seamlessly from long, sun-drenched, lazy lunches into vibrant, late-night dockside dinners, making it feel less like a typical Hamptons rush and more like a hidden terrace in Sicily.
The standout culinary program by Executive Chef Adam Leonti is pure summer perfection, and our team is personally dreaming about the tableside Orecchiette Arrabiata, the Shrimp Trapanese Pesto with Marcona almonds, and the flawlessly blistered wood-fired pizzas.
We also love that you can experience the true spirit of the Montauk Yacht Club by arriving by land or sea. There is truly nothing quite like pulling your boat right up to the marina, docking, and stepping straight off the deck to a table filled with chilled crudo and a crisp glass of wine.
Plus, with the Montauk Yacht Club also debuting its incredible, fully renovated racquet center for padel, pickleball, and tennis this summer, Alba Spiaggia has quickly become our absolute favorite reward after a competitive morning on the courts. It truly captures everything we love about summer: exceptional hospitality, incredible design, and unhurried moments by the water.
Want to secure a weekend table or arrange a dockside arrival? Reach out to your Four Hundred concierge today—we would love nothing more than to handle your reservations and help you experience the very best of Montauk's exciting new space!
